How are orders shipped?
All domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground unless the address is not verified by the carrier or shipping address is a PO Box. International shipping is primarily shipped via DHL. Please note that we are not responsible for additional duties and taxes that you may be charged.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you your tracking number.
Can I change my shipping information?
Yes, as long as you have not received your dispatch email with a tracking number. Please email us at shopinfo@kehindewiley.com ASAP to change the delivery address or items within your order.
What are the shipping fees?
Shipping fees vary based on your order size, weight, volume, and location. All domestic orders over $500 are shipped free of charge and domestic orders over $750 will be shipped with a signature required.
International shipping starts at $40 via our courier partners. Please note that we are not responsible for additional duties and taxes that you may be charged.
How do I return or exchange an item?
All sales on merchandise is final. We do not offer refunds for returns at this time. Exclusive/Pre-Order and sale items are final sale.
We will happily accept exchanges for sizes of apparel within 14 days of purchase for item exchange or store credit only. Customer is responsible for all shipping expenses.

What if my item is damaged?
If the product you have purchased arrives in a damaged condition, please contact us immediately at shopinfo@kehindewiley.com.

What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Facebook Pay, Google Pay, and Paypal.
Are the skate decks hand-signed?
No, they are sadly not.
