Holiday Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return/exchange policy for holiday orders beginning the 27th of November. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please refer to our Returns and Exchanges page on our website for detailed information on how to initiate the process. 

We do not accept returns or exchanges for discounted items unless they are damaged.

Clothing Items have 40 days to be exchanged for sizing issues.

Orders made after December 19, 2024 will be shipped in beginning of the new year. 

Returns

All sales on merchandise is final. We do not offer refunds for returns at this time.

We will happily accept exchanges for sizes of apparel within 14 days of purchase for item exchange or store credit only. Exchanges are limited to one per transaction. Customer is responsible for all shipping expenses.

Exclusive/Pre-Order and sale items are final sale.

In the event we have approved a return, please note that all returns must be new, unused, and with tags still attached. All returns must be returned in their original boxes, and original boxes must be placed inside a separate shipping box. Returns must be shipped within 7 days of approval.

Please allow 2-3 business days for us to receive, inspect, and issue a refund for your return. Once a refund is issued, please allow 2-5 business days processing contingent on your payment provider.
