What is the order cut-off for guaranteed Christmas delivery?

The order cut-off for guaranteed Christmas delivery is December 14th, 2023. To receive your items in time for Christmas, please ensure that your order is placed before this date. Unfortunately, orders placed using UPS ground or USPS after December 14th are not guaranteed to arrive by Christmas. While we will do our best to process and ship your order promptly, we recommend placing your order well in advance to avoid any disappointment or opting for express shipping.

What shipping options are available for holiday orders?

We offer standard and express shipping. To increase your chances of receiving your order by December 25th, 2023, we recommend selecting expedited or express shipping for orders placed after the guaranteed holiday delivery cut-off date, December 14th, 2023.

Can I track my holiday order?

Yes, you can track your order using the tracking information provided in your order confirmation email. Tracking information will be available as soon as your order ships. Make sure to check your email for updates on the delivery status.

Can I change my shipping address after I’ve placed my holiday order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee successfully altering shipping addresses for orders once they have been placed. Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate when you make your purchase to prevent any delivery issues. If you notice a discrepancy in your shipping or order information, please contact immediately.

What is the return/exchange policy for holiday orders?

We offer a 30-day return/exchange policy for holiday orders beginning the 26th of December. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please refer to our Returns and Exchanges page on our website for detailed information on how to initiate the process.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for discounted items unless they are damaged.

Clothing Items have 30 days to be exchanged for sizing issues.
